TRL FIT is a dynamic new way to train outdoors. It is a mix of functional and HIIT style workouts done in a team. Be prepared to work hard, have fun with your friends and get results.

TRL FIT provides a really good workout. It is not just cardio but strength-based training as well. It is a great way to socialise and the team environment makes you work that little bit harder also.
