$19.90/week billed weekly. Unlimited sessions. Cancel with one week’s notice.


10 Pack

$110 upfront for a pack of 10 classes. Book in and choose which classes you want via the member-portal or APP.


One Class Per Week

$12.90/week billed weekly. You are eligible to attend one class per week. Cancel anytime with one week’s notice.


TRL FIT provides a really good workout. It is not just cardio but strength-based training as well. It is a great way to socialise and the team environment makes you work that little bit harder also.

Our team of exercise physiologists, personal trainers and our TRL FIT physiotherapist have designed all our workouts bringing together the best strength and conditioning science with what we know works in practice. We have also sought guidance from a cardiologist in developing our workouts to drive endurance and cardiovascular outcomes.
